Service Description
After reviewing your comprehensive Client Intake Form and Metabolic Flexibility Questionnaire, this dedicated 1-hour virtual session is where our true partnership begins. Rather than just skimming the surface of your symptoms, I will take a compassionate, deep dive into your unique health journey. Together, we will uncover the emotional and physical pain points impacting your daily vitality, explore where your health feels out of sync, and clearly define your long-term wellness goals. By the end of this consultation, I will present a meaningful, sustainable path forward in a care plan that respects your body’s natural rhythms and sets you up for lasting success.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule the appointment, please contact me at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation 3 days before the appointment for initial consultation, 50% of the fee will be refunded. Cancellation within 24 hours or less of the appointment for initial consultation, 100% of the fee will be forfeited.
